參照國內(nèi)外有關(guān)醫(yī)用高分子材料的生物學(xué)評價實(shí)驗(yàn)方法，對國產(chǎn)ＥＢ─４型變色牙復(fù)蓋材料作了系統(tǒng)的生物學(xué)評價。結(jié)果表明：ＥＢ─４型變色牙復(fù)蓋材料無毒性，對眼及口腔粘膜無刺激，體外溶血率＜５％；對細(xì)胞生長無抑制作用，骨髓嗜多染紅細(xì)胞微核率無增加，對皮下組織無刺激反應(yīng)。因此可以認(rèn)為ＥＢ─４型變色牙復(fù)蓋材料有良好的生物相容性。 |

The toxicity of EB─4 color─changing tooth covering material was studied, taking into account domestic and overseas biological evaluation experimental methods for high polymer materials. The results showed that this material had no toxicity, no irritation to eyes or oral membrane,its hemolosis rate was no more than 5‰;no inhibitation effect to the growth of cells.The rate of micronucleated RBC of bone morrow did not increase.
