摘要：

主動(dòng)脈內(nèi)氣囊反搏在心臟病臨床上是重要的機(jī)械輔助療法，應(yīng)用廣泛。氣囊反搏對(duì)于人體外周血流的影響，與反搏的效果直接有關(guān)。作者應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真的方法，對(duì)不同氣囊反搏時(shí)，人體腦、肝、腹部及腎部血流的變化情況進(jìn)行研究。研究側(cè)重于多囊反搏。仿真結(jié)果表明：無論是單囊、還是雙囊、三囊或四囊反搏均使腦、肝、腹部及腎部供血量增加；以腦部供血量增加幅度最大。就不同氣囊而言，四囊反搏效果最佳，三囊稍遜，雙囊略差，單囊反搏效果最差。說明主動(dòng)脈內(nèi)氣囊反搏對(duì)人體腦、肝、腹部及腎部不僅無害，反而有益。

Intraaortic balloon pumping (IABP) is a kind of mechanical cardiac assist therapy. Widely used in the heart disease. The effects of IABP on peripheral blood flow are directly related to the therapeutic result.
