摘要：

作者基于經(jīng)典的Ｐｅｎｎｅｓ生物傳熱方程，利用基點(diǎn)展開法，導(dǎo)出了一個由生物體表溫度直接推斷體核溫度的測試公式，可利用普通體溫計(jì)無創(chuàng)傷性地獲取生物體任意局部的深核體溫；為拓寬現(xiàn)有體內(nèi)測溫儀的測量范圍，作者引入多項(xiàng)式插值及其外推法，用以獲取穿刺深度以外的溫度信息，對發(fā)展多功能型的集物性、體核溫度測試以及診斷和治療于一身的生物醫(yī)療儀器有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Based on Pennes classical bioheat equation, an equation for direct inferring bio body’s core temperature is derived by using the extending method from a base point. This will make it possible to get local core temperature anywhere in a bio-body without any damage. In Order to increase the measurement range of current instruments to find temperatures inside the body a polynomial interpolating and extrapolating method is introduced , and the temperature information beyond invasive depths can be accquired.
