摘要：

本實(shí)驗(yàn)用激光衍射儀研究了自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠（ＳＨＲ）與正常血壓大鼠（ＷＫＹ）的紅細(xì)胞在切變流場(chǎng)中的變形能力，發(fā)現(xiàn)ＳＨＲ的紅細(xì)胞具有正常的變形性，并且與ＷＫＹ的相比ＳＨＲ的紅細(xì)胞和其膜具有更好的變形能力。對(duì)于ＳＨＲ紅細(xì)胞可變形性的研究也許會(huì)對(duì)紅細(xì)胞可變形性的內(nèi)在因素有一個(gè)新的認(rèn)識(shí)。

The erythrocyte deformability of spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR) and Wistar Kyoto rats(WKY) in the shear flow field have been studied quantitatively with Ektacytometor. The results showed the red blood cells of SHR have normal deformability ,the red blood cells and the cell membranes have better deformability as compared with WKY. The study of SHR red cells may lead to a new understanding of intrinsic factors of erythrocyte deformability.
