為信號建立非線性模型，既是非線性動力學（例如混沌理論）研究中關心的課題，也是信號處理及系統(tǒng)辨識的核心課題之一。由于實際生物系統(tǒng)總是有非線性的，因此建立非線性模型比線性模型更具普遍意義。數(shù)據(jù)處理的群集算法（ＧｒｏｕｐＭｅｔｈｏｄｏｆＤａｔａＨａｎｄｌｉｎｇ，ＧＭＤＨ）是根據(jù)給定數(shù)據(jù)建立非線性模型的有效方法。作者吸收人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡中反傳算法的思想，把ＧＭＤＨ算法進一步發(fā)展成自適應算法，使之可以隨著數(shù)據(jù)的不斷輸入自動調(diào)整參數(shù)，以跟隨數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計特性的變化。作者還以心電數(shù)據(jù)為例進行了處理，結果證明其性能確實比線性的ＡＲ模型更優(yōu)。 |
