摘要：

作者參照國內(nèi)外有關(guān)醫(yī)用高分子材料的生物學(xué)評價(jià)試驗(yàn)方法，對國產(chǎn)聚醚砜樹脂作了系統(tǒng)的生物學(xué)評價(jià)。結(jié)果表明：醫(yī)用級聚醚砜樹脂無毒性、無熱源和致敏反應(yīng)，對皮膚無刺激、體外溶血率小于５％。對細(xì)胞生長有促進(jìn)作用，長期植入皮下后，隨植入時(shí)間延長，移植物周圍形成的纖維包囊，囊壁厚度逐漸變薄、細(xì)胞炎性反應(yīng)３０天基本消失，對骨髓多染紅細(xì)胞無影響。因此，可以認(rèn)為醫(yī)用級聚醚砜樹脂有良好的生物相容性。

According to the international biological evaluation tests of medical macromolecular materials,we have performed a systemic biological evaluation of domestic medical PES. The results show:there is no toxicity, no reaction of pyrogen or sensitization,and no irritation to the skin.
