作者報道了左心室輔助及雙心室輔助葉輪血泵的急性實驗和存活實驗，證明離心型人工心臟在可植入性、血液相容性及機(jī)械可靠性等方面具有一定優(yōu)勢；并討論了葉輪血泵的密封問題，從而為葉輪血泵的進(jìn)一步動物實驗，為過渡至急性心肌梗塞后心源性休克和心臟手術(shù)后的短期輔助為目標(biāo)的臨床應(yīng)用準(zhǔn)備條件。對于心臟移植前心室輔助超過２周甚至長達(dá)數(shù)月的葉輪血泵尚需作進(jìn)一步的研究。 |

This paper presents the acute and surviral animal experiment of left ventricular and biventricular assistance using impeller blood pump. The results show that the centrifugal type artificial heart superior in implantability,blood compatibility and mechanical reliability. The sealing of the impeller motor is discussed.
