摘要：

震顫行為是巴金森氏病的一種常見的臨床表現(xiàn)，目前在臨床中對震顫行為的定量描述方法和定量分級標準尚未形成。作者介紹了利用光電位置檢測技術構成的計算機化的震顫行為定量檢測儀的原理和初步臨床應用情況。

Paralysis tremble is a common symptom of Parkinson s disease. There is no standard quantitative measurement method or equipment for grade quantitatively at present. The authors introduce the principle and the primary clinical application of a computerized, optical-electronic position detection instrument for measurement and analysis of paralysis tremble.
