西德后裝機(jī)施源器改造的理論研究 _

摘要：

８０年代國(guó)內(nèi)引進(jìn)的聯(lián)邦德國(guó)布克勒公司生產(chǎn)的后裝機(jī)，治療宮頸癌應(yīng)用三個(gè)直管型曼徹斯特容器。三枚等強(qiáng)度Ｃｓ￣１３７源，直徑４．５ｍｍ、長(zhǎng)２０ｍｍ在離容器頂端１０ｍｍ處水平橫臥，臨床應(yīng)用中常引起陰道等部位的并發(fā)癥。我們將陰道平行型容器改造成直立型，劑量分布更為合理。作者從理論上分析了直立型容器的優(yōu)越性。以Ｉｒ（１９２）和Ｃｓ（１３７）源為例，對(duì)５ｃｍ官腔Ａ點(diǎn)劑量率后者分別提高１９．４％和３７．５％；對(duì)６ｃｍ宮腔增加量分別為２６．２％和５４．４％。在宮頸口下１～２ｃｍ范圍內(nèi)陰道壁平均劑量直立型約為平行型的６０％左右，大大降低了陰道等組織燒傷的危險(xiǎn)，臨床應(yīng)用得到滿意的療效。

Since Buchler remote afterloading system made in Germany was introduced into our country in the eighties,three parallel applicators have been used in treatment of cervix cancer. Three C sources,4. 5mm diameter and 20mm length, with equal intensity, were placed horizontally 10mm away from the top of the applicators.
