各向異性松質(zhì)骨彈性性能有限元分析

摘要:

骨質(zhì)疏松會導(dǎo)致松質(zhì)骨細(xì)化從而降低松質(zhì)骨力學(xué)性能.為了評估椎體松質(zhì)骨的力學(xué)特性,文中采用有限元參數(shù)化建模,利用十四面體模型模擬棒狀小梁骨的微結(jié)構(gòu),對各向異性松質(zhì)骨的彈性性能進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析.通過控制輸入?yún)?shù)Tb.Th、Tb.Sp 、E0模擬不同骨質(zhì)疏松程度的松質(zhì)骨.計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,松質(zhì)骨模量與骨體積分?jǐn)?shù)呈平方律關(guān)系;隨著各向異性比的增加,松質(zhì)骨縱、橫向模量間的比值呈線性增加,而橫向兩個(gè)模量保持基本一致.結(jié)果說明該微結(jié)構(gòu)模型較好地反映了松質(zhì)骨的橫觀各向同性性質(zhì),并能較好地反映受載松質(zhì)骨的應(yīng)力分布.
