摘要:

隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)針灸作用機(jī)制及理論的研究深入,明確針灸治療腦部疾病的物理、化學(xué)和生物學(xué)效應(yīng)突顯重要.本文在分析針刺相關(guān)穴位對(duì)相關(guān)腦結(jié)構(gòu)具有區(qū)域特異性的基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)造性地提出了研究腦部相關(guān)特異性區(qū)域中的相關(guān)代謝物定量表征的兩種方法,進(jìn)一步探討了利用這種表征手段來研究針刺部位、手法、時(shí)間等參數(shù)作用于相關(guān)部位產(chǎn)生代謝改變狀況的優(yōu)越性.
