振動對骨重建影響的三維有限元分析

摘要:

目的 觀察不同振動頻率刺激下股骨表觀密度的變化情況,從而確定何種振動參數(shù)能對骨骼系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生最有益影響.方法 先獲得兔股骨掃描圖像,再利用UG軟件對圖像進(jìn)行三維重建得到股骨的實(shí)體模型,最后導(dǎo)入ANSYS軟件中,利用ANSYS軟件布爾操作中的減操作,得到帶有空腔的兔股骨生物力學(xué)模型.結(jié)果 通過有限元仿真分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)添加振動激勵后骨骼的應(yīng)力分布和骨密度發(fā)生了變化,股骨部分部位骨密度增加.結(jié)論 有限元分析不但為分析振動對骨重建的動物和人體實(shí)驗(yàn)打下基礎(chǔ),還為進(jìn)一步深入了解骨骼結(jié)構(gòu)與力學(xué)環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系、為進(jìn)一步研究對抗航天失重引起的骨丟失和治療骨質(zhì)疏松癥提供了幫助.
