醫(yī)學(xué)圖像分析和三維重建等都需要對DICOM數(shù)據(jù)進行準確的序列分析并對各序列中的切片進行正確的排序.目前盡管有很多開源庫都支持對DICOM文件的讀寫,但對臨床DICOM數(shù)據(jù)的序列分析與切片排序存在很多問題.本文分析了在GDCM開源庫的基礎(chǔ)上研究DICOM數(shù)據(jù)的序列分析與切片排序時遇到的問題,并提出了解決方案.
