摘要:

Transwell,即穿透小室,既是一種試驗裝置,也是一種試驗技術(shù).Transwell可用于生物屏障的建立、細胞共培養(yǎng)、細胞趨化、細胞遷移和細胞侵襲等多方面的研究.在模擬生物屏障方面,研究較多較成熟的有血腦屏障、腸黏膜屏障、血視網(wǎng)膜屏障、胎盤屏障和腹透屏障.本文將分別對上述五種屏障的建立進行闡述.
