摘要：

近鄰點的正確選取是正確重建表面的前提。本文基于對膝關(guān)節(jié)導(dǎo)航手術(shù)中掃描數(shù)據(jù)的分析，得到掃描數(shù)據(jù)特征，利用這些特征尋找近鄰點，生成局部切平面，建立有向距離場。再根據(jù)Delaunay三角剖分等相關(guān)理論，提取等值面，最后生成膝關(guān)節(jié)表面模型。本文工作為增強膝關(guān)節(jié)導(dǎo)航手術(shù)的操作性和可視化效果提供了有利工具。

The accurate neighbor points is the precondition of accurate surface reconstruction. In the knee navigation surgery， the neighbor points is accessed based on the data particularity by analyzing probe points. Then using the neighbor points to reconstruct local tangent plane and distance field. A isosurface extraction method is used to reconstruc 3D knee model surface using Delaunay triangulation. The accurate reconstruction of knee model surface enhances the operability and the visual effects of the knee navigation surgery.
