摘要:

目的 探索彌散張量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)中高斯白噪聲對參數(shù)平均彌散率(mean diffusion,MD)和各向異性分?jǐn)?shù)( fractional anisotropy,FA)的影響。材料和方法 計算多個感興趣區(qū)的MD和FA值,分析這兩個參數(shù)隨高斯噪聲方差的變化趨勢。 結(jié)果 在所研究的方差范圍內(nèi),MD不受高斯噪聲的影響,且圖像視覺效果變化也很小;但FA參數(shù)受到高斯噪聲的影響很大,圖像視覺效果嚴(yán)重下降。 結(jié)論 DTI參數(shù)MD具有較強的魯棒性,而FA受噪聲的干擾較大,臨床上適當(dāng)折衷之后,可以允許一定噪聲存在以增加圖像細(xì)節(jié)。

Objective Research the effect of Gaussian noise on the DTI parameters MD and FA. Materials and Methods Calculate the MD and FA values in ROIs, and analyze the relationship between MD,F(xiàn)A and the variances of gaussian noise. Results In a specific range, Gaussian noise almost has no influence on MD, and the visual performan change slightly. However the Gaussian noise influences FA evidently and the visual performance decrease gradually. Conclusion DTI parameter MD is more stable than parameter FA and certain noise can exist to reserve more image details.
