摘要:

基于射頻信號處理的血管內超聲彈性成像技術對于動脈粥樣硬化易損斑塊的識別具有重要意義。為驗證超聲彈性重建算法的準確性,設計了一種血管內超聲射頻信號采集系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)利用線同步信號為觸發(fā)源,同步采集超聲射頻信號、心電和血壓信號;引入基于單片機的控制模塊,解決多塊采集卡同步和超聲射頻信號幀間旋轉不一致性矯正問題;將采集卡和控制模塊等集成到同一控制平臺下,實現(xiàn)各硬件塊之間的協(xié)同工作;利用ini配置文件和MATLAB計算引擎調用技術,簡化采集卡配置過程,實現(xiàn)采集結果的可視化。

Intravascular ultrasound elastography ( IVUSE ) based on radio frequency signal processing is proved to be significant in the identification of the vulnerability of atherosclerotic plaque. In order to test the validity of elasticity reconstruction algorithm, a data acquisition system was designed. Triggered by the line sync signal, this system acquired the radio frequency signal, ECG, blood pressure signal synchronously. On purpose of adjusting frame to frame rotational nonuniformity, a control module based on MCU was introduced. Aiming at simplifying data acquisition process, the system put all hardware under central control. With the help of ini file and MATLAB engine technique, the system both simplifyied the hardware configure process, and effectively showed the acquisition results.
