摘要：

介紹了一種能夠?qū)χ匕Y患者進行快速現(xiàn)場急救以及運送途中急救監(jiān)護的移動式生命支持系統(tǒng)。生命支持系統(tǒng)能夠進行生命體征信號的無線傳輸和遠程定位，實現(xiàn)了院前院內(nèi)急救之間的無縫銜接。該系統(tǒng)機動性強，能抬、能推，還可以附載于多種運載工具上，實現(xiàn)了醫(yī)療救護的及時性和連續(xù)性。本文主要敘述了移動式生命支持系統(tǒng)的生命體征信號遠程傳輸及定位功能的實現(xiàn)，并通過實驗證明了遠程監(jiān)護與定位功能的可靠性和實用性。

This paper describes a mobile life support system, which can perform rapid first aid and monitor enroute to evacuate critical patients. The life support system can wireless transmit vital signs and get remote location, realize seamless link between prehospital care and inhospital care. This system can be carried, pushed, and attached to many carriers, monitoring timely and continuously. This paper mainly describes the realization of telecommunication of vital signs and GPS function, and reliability and practicability are validated by experiments.
