個(gè)體化鉛擋塊的簡(jiǎn)易制作及其運(yùn)用分析

摘要：

目的探討普通放療中整體擋鉛的簡(jiǎn)易制作方法，分析容許誤差原因。方法對(duì)普通放療中規(guī)則射野形狀和不規(guī)則射野形狀兩種類型，分別介紹整體擋鉛的制作過程和使用方法。結(jié)果對(duì)規(guī)則射野形狀類型的整體擋鉛通過拍攝驗(yàn)證片15例，統(tǒng)計(jì)合格率為98%，對(duì)不規(guī)則射野形狀類型的整體擋鉛通過系列驗(yàn)證100例，合格率為93%。結(jié)論普通放療中整體擋鉛的簡(jiǎn)易制作，能夠縮短患者等待時(shí)間，提高放療質(zhì)量。

Objective To investigate the methods for making the lead of entity shelter in the normal radiotherapy and analyze the possible factors of permissible error. Methods We introduced the whole course in making and utilizing the lead of entity shelter for regulation field shape and inregulation field shape. Results Its acceptance rate was 98% for the lead of entity shelter in regulation field shape by counting 15 patients’ X ray,and the acceptance rate was 93% in inregulation field shape by series testing. Conclusions Making the lead of entity shelter improved the quality of radiotherapy and shortened the waiting time for patients.
