基于CT圖像三維重建的顱內(nèi)電極定位方法的研究

摘要:

難治性癲癇的手術(shù)有時(shí)需要通過(guò)植入顱內(nèi)電極進(jìn)行腦電檢測(cè)來(lái)確定致癇灶,為了準(zhǔn)確定位致癇灶,醫(yī)生需要知道電極的位置,但目前缺乏有效的電極定位方法。本文開(kāi)發(fā)了一種利用植入電極后CT 圖像序列進(jìn)行電極定位的方法。首先使用面繪制三維重建出電極序列圖像,并對(duì)各個(gè)電極進(jìn)行識(shí)別和標(biāo)識(shí),然后將面繪制重建的顱骨圖像疊加到電極圖像上,建立電極的位置信息與人體解剖結(jié)構(gòu)的聯(lián)系,最后實(shí)現(xiàn)顱內(nèi)電極定位。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)10套植入電極后的CT圖像進(jìn)行定位檢測(cè),證實(shí)基于CT圖像三維重建的電極定位方法與目前已有的定位方法比較具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。

Intracranial EEGmonitoring with subdural electrodes is often used to localize the epileptic focus in epilepsy surgery. After implantation, it is imperative to know the position of subdural electrode in order to correlate the zone of ictal onset with precise anatomic structures. However, there are no efficient localization methods. We presented a method to localize the subdural electrodes using postimplanted CT image data. First, the surface of all of the electrodes and the skull were rendered. Then the user recognized and labeled individual electrodes. Finally we added the image of skull to the image of electrodes. The relation of electrode and anatomic structure was  found. Ten sets postimplanted CT image data were used to evaluate this method’s efficacy. Compare to present methods, we obtained the conclusion that the  method above was useful to localize the subdural electrodes.
