摘要:

大腦結(jié)構(gòu)的研究對(duì)于腦相關(guān)疾病及腦功能研究具有重要意義,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)和數(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)知識(shí)的引入,研究熱點(diǎn)集中到感興趣區(qū)的形狀建模及形狀量化分析上。尾狀核作為人腦中的重要結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)大腦活動(dòng),特別是認(rèn)知方面,起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文對(duì)MR圖像進(jìn)行分割,并對(duì)尾狀核的絕對(duì)體積以及歸一化體積進(jìn)行了定量測(cè)量與分析。同時(shí)通過(guò)細(xì)化算法給出尾狀核的骨架模型,得到了初步的尾狀核形狀描述,并應(yīng)用移動(dòng)立方體算法對(duì)尾狀核進(jìn)行三維重建,得到了較理想的尾狀核可視化結(jié)果。

The research of brain structure plays a significant role for the study of brainrelated diseases and brain function. With the introduction of computer vision and mathematics methods, the surface modeling and shape analysis attach more attention. The caudate nucleus is a critical structure in human brain, especially in its cognitive correlates in brain activities. In this paper, we develop a semiautomatic segmentation method for tracing the caudate nucleus in MRI for absolute volume as well as the normalized volume, and the skeleton model is given using thinning algorithm. Finally, marching cube algorithm is used to establish a satisfying threedimensional reconstruction.
