摘要:

心率變異性(HRV)是逐次心跳RR間期之間存在的微小差異,其蘊(yùn)涵著心血管神經(jīng)及體液調(diào)節(jié)的大量信息,心率變異性的檢測(cè)與分析是近年來(lái)心電信號(hào)處理領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn),其對(duì)于心血管系統(tǒng)疾病的無(wú)創(chuàng)檢測(cè)具有重要的臨床意義。本文介紹了心率變異性的原理、研究現(xiàn)狀與臨床意義,描述了用于計(jì)算心率變異性的各種QRS復(fù)合波檢測(cè)方法,綜述了心率變異性的時(shí)域分析、頻域分析、時(shí)頻分析和非線(xiàn)性動(dòng)力學(xué)分析方法,并總結(jié)展望了今后的研究方向。

Heart rate variability (HRV) refers to the beattobeat alterations in heart rate, it includes a lot of information regards neurocirculatory and humoral coordination The research about detection and analysis of HRV is a hot topic nowadays, and it plays an important role in the noninvasive diagnosis to the cardiovascular diseases The paper introduces the principle, development and clinical significance of HRV and also describes various QRS complex waveform detection methods which can calculate the HRV This paper reviews the analytical methods of analysis in time ,frequency domain,the timedomain and nonlinear dynamic of HRV parameters It prospects the developing direction of HRV research in the future as well
