摘要:

針對CT肺圖像中的血管分割,提出一種基于SMDC連接代價(jià)算子的分割方法。首先設(shè)計(jì)一種背景填充技術(shù),對灰度變換范圍有選擇性地收縮或拉伸,有效地消除背景噪聲對血管分割的影響,然后應(yīng)用SMDC連接代價(jià)算子對肺部區(qū)域進(jìn)行分割,最后用實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了該方法的有效性。相似度分析表明自動與手工分割結(jié)果吻合率高于95%,并能較好地保留細(xì)節(jié)。

In order to solve the difficulty of lung blood vessel’s extraction, we propose a new segmentation method based on selective marking and depth constrained (SMDC)-connection cost. First, a new method of painting background based on intensity nonlinear mapping is brought forward for getting rid of the influences of background. Then, SMDC-connection is applied to segment the lung blood vessel. Finally, comparative experiments show the efficacies of this method. Then a case with normal slices is used to analyze the similarity between the results from computerized segmentation and handwork, and a superposition proportion above 95% is achieved and the details are well presented.
