基于二次樣條小波的P波檢測方法

摘要:

為了能夠準(zhǔn)確地檢測P波,本文應(yīng)用二次樣條小波變換的方法,在特定的分解尺度上,尋找QRS波前搜索窗內(nèi)的極值對信息,再在極值對之間尋找極值點即為P波的頂點,最后根據(jù)P波的頂點位置,在其左右利用局部變換的方法實現(xiàn)對起止點的最終定位。二次樣條小波變化的方法,能夠很好地避開漂移、高頻等噪聲的干擾。利用CSE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)庫定量的衡量P波檢測的準(zhǔn)確度,平均偏差為-0.7ms,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為7.7ms,大大提高了P波定位的準(zhǔn)確性,為心電圖自動分析的準(zhǔn)確性提供了保障。

In order to detect P-wave accurately, this paper adopts the method of quadratic spline wavelet to detect the P-wave. Firstly,we selected one wavelet scale, and found the pair of maximum-minimum within the search window on that scale in QRS wave. And then we decided the peak of P-wave between the pair. Lastly, using the partial transformation method in P-wave’s left and right, we located the onset and offset of the P-wave according to the peak position. The algorithm of quadratic spline wavelet may reduce the disturbance from the baseline drift and the high frequency. The performance quantitative analyzed by the CSE database was showed with the result of averaged difference being -0.7ms and the standard deviation being 7.7ms. The algorithm  improves the detection veracity, and ensures the analysis and interpretation of ECG.
