阻塞性呼吸睡眠障礙(OSA)的監(jiān)護及診斷因過于復雜而主要限于在醫(yī)院進行,大量就醫(yī)已造成醫(yī)療機構壓力增大。為簡化操作、實現(xiàn)對OSA患者的日常監(jiān)護和初步診斷,本文闡述了一種基于手機的睡眠監(jiān)測和評估方法。通過Visual Studio 2008下的程序開發(fā),實現(xiàn)了手機采集鼾聲信號的功能,并在MatLab環(huán)境下,對音頻信號進行初步處理,定位鼾聲信號以及分析患者健康狀況。通過計算機模擬鼾聲信號的實驗表明,該方法較好地實現(xiàn)了上述功能,對異常鼾聲信號的診斷結果較為準確。本文為家庭化低成本呼吸睡眠障礙監(jiān)測提供了重要且現(xiàn)實的技術途徑。

Currently,monitoring and diagnostics on obstructive sleep apnea(OSA) are usually conducted in a hospital due to their operational complexity.However,with the increasing acquaintances on the disease among patients,the huge number of hospitalization causes an ever heavy burden on medical institutions.To simplify the operation and achieve daily check for OSA patients,here we described a sleep monitoring and assessment strategy based on mobile phone.The software thus developed under Visual Studion 2008 environment allows to acquire snoring signal,process the data via computer and thus interpret and diagnose the patient’s health status.Through simulated experiment,it was demonstrated that the mobile phone based sleep monitoring method was a promising way to diagnose accurately on abnormal snoring signal.This study provides a significant and realistic technical approach for family use low cost OSA diagnostics.
