基于模糊PID控制的呼吸機(jī)壓力控制研究

摘要:

呼吸機(jī)的壓力控制是呼吸機(jī)控制的基礎(chǔ),是呼吸機(jī)安全、有效工作的重要保證。本文研究模糊控制技術(shù)對呼吸機(jī)壓力的控制,并評估其控制效果。首先,根據(jù)常見呼吸機(jī)氣路結(jié)構(gòu)和壓力控制原理,搭建一實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺,用于控制效果評估。然后在實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺上,分別利用傳統(tǒng)的PID控制和模糊PID控制,分析兩種方法控制下的超調(diào)量、控制誤差和控制時間。結(jié)果表明,模糊PID控制比傳統(tǒng)的PID控制更能有效地抑制超調(diào)、減小控制誤差,在控制時間上也有一定的優(yōu)勢。模糊PID控制效果明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)的PID控制。

Pressure control is the basic of a medical ventilator control,and it is guarantee for medical ventilator working safely and effectively.In this paper,we applied the fuzzy control technology to a ventilator pressure control and evaluated the results on experiment platform.Firstly,we built an experimental platform based on common gas way structure and the pressure control principles for evaluation of control effects.Then some experiments with fuzzy-PID control and traditional PID control were completed separately on the experimental platform,and some parameters such as the overshoot,control error and control time were in-vestageted.The results showed that,fuzzy PID control was more effective in suppression of the overshoot,and reducing the control error,and there was also a certain advantage in controlling time.Fuzzy PID control was superior to conventional PID control.
