摘要：

通過對目前醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)資料狀況的分析，提出了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)資源開發(fā)利用的方法。文章首先介紹了聚類分析、關(guān)聯(lián)分析、決策樹三個數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法及實(shí)例。實(shí)例資料結(jié)果說明通過分析疾病的分類、疾病與藥物之間的關(guān)聯(lián)，可以為疾病的早期預(yù)測，為相關(guān)疾病的診療路徑提供幫助。因此聚類分析、關(guān)聯(lián)分析以及決策樹是醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中的主要方法，三者的結(jié)合可以對某一類疾病進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析。

Analyzing the information on the current state of the medical data,we proposed a method of data mining and data resources utilization on medical region.Firstly we introduced the methods and examples of the clustering analysis,the ssociation analysis and the decision tree for data mining.These examples showed that the classification from diseases,the relationship between diseases and drugs provided the pathway of correlative disease prediction and treatment.The clustering analysis,the association analysis and the decision tree are the main methods in the data mining for the medical data,and their combination is a systematic analysis for a disease.
