摘要:

通過對彩色多普勒血流速度自相關(guān)算法中反正切運(yùn)算的分析,針對常用方法的一些不足,描述了一種基于現(xiàn)場可編程門陣列(FPGA)方法的反正切函數(shù)計(jì)算的優(yōu)化方法。該優(yōu)化算法根據(jù)反正切函數(shù)本身的對稱性,能夠極大地減少反正切運(yùn)算耗費(fèi)的硬件資源。通過對其進(jìn)行VHDL語言描述,并經(jīng)綜合器綜合實(shí)現(xiàn)后,集成于 FPGA 應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)上進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)性驗(yàn)證。驗(yàn)證結(jié)果證實(shí)該優(yōu)化算法占用資源少,其運(yùn)算速度也能夠很好地滿足彩色多普勒血流計(jì)算的需求。

In this paper, the arc tangent calculation applied to autocorrelation algorithm for color flow mapping was analyzed. In view of some shortcomings in the conventional methods and based on the Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA), a new way for arc tangent calculation was designed. Because the arc tangent reduced look-up table(LUT) bulk, the optimization algorithm greatly saved the hardware resources. This optimization method programmed with the VHDL language,was integrated by the synthesizer, then downed to the FPGA circuit system for real-time validation. Finally it was proven that the optimization algorithm only took up a few resources,and its operation speed could also meet the requirement of color Doppler flow calculation.
