摘要：

遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)學(xué)影像交流是目前醫(yī)學(xué)遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診中重要的組成部分，至今尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)獨(dú)立于醫(yī)療設(shè)備與龐大信息系統(tǒng)的純粹“手對(duì)手”影像交流形式醫(yī)學(xué)軟件。本文根據(jù)醫(yī)生臨床需求，在普通網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下，利用數(shù)據(jù)鏈表建立起繪圖數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)合Winsock通信技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)出獨(dú)立于醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品的遠(yuǎn)程在線交流畫板系統(tǒng)，并就系統(tǒng)中涉及的關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了探析。最終畫板系統(tǒng)在1M帶寬的ADSL網(wǎng)絡(luò)和醫(yī)院局域網(wǎng)環(huán)境下進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試，測(cè)試結(jié)果表明客戶端間數(shù)據(jù)能夠同步交流，形成了一定條件下取代面對(duì)面影像交流的遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療新手段。

Remote medical imaging communication is important for medical tele-consultation. However,“hand-to-hand” style medical imaging software, which is independent of equipment and information systems, is not found till now. According to the requirements of doctors, we established a storage structure of plotting data using the data chain table, and unified the Winsock mechanics of communication to design a remote online drawing board system independent from the medical products. We also analyzed the key issues involved in the system and formed an effective new means of telemedicine eventually. Finally the drawing board system carried on the function testing under the network environment of 1M band width ADSL and hospital local area network. The test result indicated the drawing board could synchronized exchange between clients, and completed a new method for remote online exchange, substituting for the face-to-face imaging exchange under a certain condition.
