摘要:

目的 探究應用2D分析窗和幅度調制修正(AMC)技術對加權相位分離(WPS)算法性能的影響。方法 首先將位移估計公式和WPS算法推廣到2D形式,然后仿真一個均勻組織彈性模型并對其施加0.1%、1%和4%的應變:再分別使用1D窗和2D窗,以及使用AMC和不使用AMC技術對仿真模型分別進行彈性成像,并計算對應彈性圖像的信噪比(SNR);最后在2D窗情況下,使用AMC和不使用AMC技術對彈性體模Phantom進行了實際成像。結果 仿真實驗結果表明,與1D窗相比2D窗可使圖像的SNR提高;同樣AMC技術也使圖像的SNR提高且更加顯著。彈性體模的實驗結果表明,AMC技術使彈性圖像更加平滑細膩,偽應變噪聲減少,SNR提高。結論 2D窗和AMC技術的使用能提高WPS算法的性能進而提高彈性圖像的質量。

Objective To investigate the effect of 2D analysis window and amplitude modulation correction (AMC) on the performance of weighted phase separation (WPS) algorithm. Methods Firstly we modified the AMC and WPS to 2D window form. Then we simulated an uniformly elasticity tissue model and applied 0.1%, 1% and 4% strains to the model. After that we produced various elastograms when using 1D and 2D analysis windows respectively also using AMC or not, and computed the signal to noise ratio (SNRe). Finally we conducted phantom experiment by using 2D window and compared the images qualities with AMC and without AMC. Results The simulation results showed that both using 2D analysis window and using AMC could improve elastogram SNRe, and the latter improvement was more prominent. The phantom experiments also confirmed that strain images were smoother and less artifact noise by using 2D analysis window and AMC, the corresponding strain image SNRe also had been improved. Conclusion 2D analysis and AMC could improve the performance of WPS algorithm and improve elasogram quality.
