摘要：

通過(guò)研制一種離子泵恢復(fù)裝置，可以使損壞的離子泵重新恢復(fù)工作，避免因更換離子泵引起直線(xiàn)加速器真空系統(tǒng)的破壞。離子泵恢復(fù)器的設(shè)計(jì)思路是在真空檢測(cè)單元的監(jiān)控下借助支架敲擊離子泵泵體，震落造成陰極和陽(yáng)極之間短路的雜質(zhì)，同時(shí)在陰極和陽(yáng)極之間接通高壓6kV直流電壓，將雜質(zhì)通過(guò)潘寧放電消除，從而使離子泵恢復(fù)工作。以5次離子泵損壞故障維修為實(shí)驗(yàn)，結(jié)果顯示使用離子泵恢復(fù)裝置后，4個(gè)離子泵能夠達(dá)到直線(xiàn)加速器真空系統(tǒng)真空度-5.8Torr(1Torr=133.322Pa)以上的工作要求，恢復(fù)合格率達(dá)到80%，證明該裝置具有實(shí)際效果。

Through developing a restoration device,we can resume the defective ion pump without damaging the vacuum system,within a shorter period.The ion pump restorer was designed under the following ideas.With the aid of a bracket the ion pump body was firstly rapped under the vacuum detecting element monitoring,so that the impurity between negative pole and anode,which could create short-circuits,was shaken off,Meanwhile a 6 kilovolt DC voltages between negative pole and anode was applied to discharges the impurity through Pan eliminates,that resume the ion pump to work.In the experiments of 5 times service,four incidents of the ion pump break-down were solved by restorer and the accelerator could reach its standard operating vacuum degree -5.8 Torr.The success rate of 80% indicated the restorer was effective pratically.
