在設(shè)計(jì)支持臨床診療流程的電子醫(yī)囑系統(tǒng)過程中，人們首先需要深入了解醫(yī)療流程，同時(shí)還要把握醫(yī)生電子醫(yī)囑應(yīng)用后臨床工作流程的變化。為此，研究了電子醫(yī)囑應(yīng)用實(shí)施不同階段的臨床工作流程變化。分析表明，電子醫(yī)囑對臨床工作流程的影響有正面和負(fù)面兩個(gè)方面，而且軟件系統(tǒng)的可用性和臨床工作流程的改進(jìn)對軟件的應(yīng)用效果至關(guān)重要。盡管目前的電子醫(yī)囑軟件已經(jīng)支持工作流程的改變，但仍然需要改進(jìn)以克服工作流程模擬手工紙張流程所帶來的障礙。
