摘要:

透氧系數(shù)是評價接觸鏡材料透氧性能的重要參數(shù),其是否測量準確直接關(guān)系到接觸鏡配戴者的視力健康和配戴舒適度。本文在闡述庫侖計法的基本測量原理的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了其在硬性接觸鏡透氧系數(shù)測量上的改進和應(yīng)用,并通過實驗驗證了該方法的可行性與穩(wěn)定性,最后從計量學角度,分析了接觸鏡透氧系數(shù)測量的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,并對國內(nèi)開展量值溯源方法的研究提出了展望。研究接觸鏡透氧性測試儀器的計量校準方法,建立接觸鏡透氧系數(shù)的量值傳遞與溯源體系,對提高接觸鏡產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、保護配戴者視力健康具有重要作用。

Oxygen permeability is the most commonly used as gas permeability for contact lens materials,whether it does survey accurately or not directly affects the user’s vision health and comfort.In this paper,firstly we described the measurement principle of coulometric method,and then improved and applied the coulometric method on the measurement of oxygen permeability for rigid contact lenses.With experiments it was proved that the method was be feasible and stable.Finally,we analyzed the metrological motheds of permeability for rigid contact lenses and     proposed the expectation on how to realize its traceability.By settling the metrological calibration and establishing the transfer and traceability system for oxygen permeability of contact lenses,we are able to protect the consumer and improve the contact lens quality.
