摘要：

目前醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息化遇到的問題是電子病歷文檔如何安全有效共享，而醫(yī)療健康信息集成規(guī)范（integrating healthcare enterprise,IHE）的跨醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)文檔共享（cross-enterprise document sharing，XDS）為此提供了一個(gè)安全域內(nèi)基于電子商務(wù)注冊(cè)信息模型（ebXML registry information model，ebRIM）的電子病歷共享的解決方案，它的重點(diǎn)是查找、定位以及獲取電子病歷文檔。本文分析了ebRIM和 XDS 元數(shù)據(jù)文檔，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了 XDS文檔注冊(cè)庫，完成了注冊(cè)文檔集和查詢文檔服務(wù)，可供注冊(cè)和查詢電子病歷文檔。

Electronic medical records（EMR） sharing is a major difficulty encountered in medical and health enterprise，while integrating healthCare enterprise (IHE) cross-enterprise document sharing (XDS) provides a solution to share EMR in a safe area base on ebRIM，focusing on providing searching，locating and accessing to electronic medical records system. In this article，firstly the ebRIM and XDS Metadata Document are analyzed，and then the XDS Registry is designed and implemented. This Registry provides document set registration and document research services.
