摘要:

為研究人體頸椎三節(jié)段融合后的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,本文利用三維運(yùn)動(dòng)信息采集系統(tǒng),獲取了6具豬頸椎C2-T1標(biāo)本在未損傷及兩種三節(jié)段融合狀態(tài)下的各個(gè)節(jié)段的運(yùn)動(dòng)信息,計(jì)算并得到各節(jié)段運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)角;再通過(guò)分析三節(jié)段融合的相關(guān)運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),得出三節(jié)段融合質(zhì)量略差于雙節(jié)段融合效果,融合后的運(yùn)動(dòng)幅度可降低至融合前的30%左右;通過(guò)定量比較得出兩種三節(jié)段融合相對(duì)于三種雙節(jié)段融合,前、后相鄰節(jié)段與其它節(jié)段融合狀態(tài)的運(yùn)動(dòng)補(bǔ)償幅度均有不同程度的增加。本研究為人體多節(jié)段融合臨床手術(shù)提供了定量參考和理論依據(jù)。

This article aims at investigating the rules of the motion of human cervical after 3-segment fusion,with the help of a study 3D motion information collecting system.The motion information of 6 porcine cervical specimens in intact and fusion condition was collected,and the motion range and angle of each segment were calculated.Through analyzing the movement feature,we concluded that the quality of three-level fusion was slightly worse than that of two-level fusion,and the movement range was about to 30% of the intact state.In comparison of the two kinds of three-level fusion and three kinds of two-level fusion,we found that the motion compensation range was bigger in the former ones at each level.The quantitative reference and theory evidence raised from this study will give a great support to the operation of multi-level fusion of the human cervical.
