摘要:

目的 通過對正常人主動(dòng)脈與肺動(dòng)脈組織之間拉伸力學(xué)特性的對比研究,為Ross手術(shù)提供生物力學(xué)實(shí)
驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法 取死亡3~4h內(nèi)正常國人主、肺動(dòng)脈壁,主、肺動(dòng)脈竇壁,主、肺動(dòng)脈瓣膜,制作成約長
10mm、寬6mm的試驗(yàn)樣本,用Boss 3330實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)對樣本進(jìn)行拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果  環(huán)向和縱向的主動(dòng)脈壁, 主
動(dòng)脈瓣膜,主動(dòng)脈竇壁與肺動(dòng)脈壁,肺動(dòng)脈瓣膜,肺動(dòng)脈竇壁的彈性模量及抗拉強(qiáng)度均無顯著性差異
(P>0.05)。結(jié)論 主動(dòng)脈壁、主動(dòng)脈瓣膜、主動(dòng)脈竇壁與肺動(dòng)脈壁、肺動(dòng)脈瓣膜、肺動(dòng)脈竇壁的生物力
學(xué)性質(zhì)基本相似。

Objective To compare the biomechanical properties of fresh tissues between
aorta and pulmonary arteries from normal corpse and to provide the scientific basis for the
Ross procedure in biomechanics.  Methods The blood vessel walls, sinus walls and valves of
aorta and pulmonary arteries were collected from normal Chinese cadavers within 3-4 hours
and made into several specimens with length 10mm and width 6mm. The tensile test of
specimens were carried out by using instrument Bose 3330. Results Tensile strength and the
elastic modulus of the blood vessel wall, sinus wall and valve had no significant
differences between aorta and pulmonary arteries both in circumferential and axial
directions (P>0.05). Conclusion Biomechanical properties of the blood vessel wall, valve,
sinus wall between aorta and pulmonary arteries are almost similar.
