傳統(tǒng)的體溫測(cè)量方式逐漸不能滿足日常和臨床需求,為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)體溫的長(zhǎng)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)和對(duì)疾病發(fā)作時(shí)的體溫異常予以警示,本文研制出一種具有普適性的基于T型熱電偶以及無(wú)線藍(lán)牙通信模塊的手機(jī)無(wú)線測(cè)溫及記錄模塊,所實(shí)現(xiàn)功能可以方便、快捷地獲取人體體表連續(xù)的溫度信息并在溫度發(fā)生異常時(shí)發(fā)出報(bào)警。性能測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)不僅對(duì)比了記錄卡與商用Agilent數(shù)據(jù)采集儀所測(cè)量的溫度數(shù)值,還評(píng)估了其報(bào)警功能。結(jié)果表明,記錄卡能準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量溫度信息、實(shí)時(shí)將其發(fā)送至手機(jī)終端并實(shí)現(xiàn)海量數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ);在設(shè)置一定報(bào)警閾值后,若將測(cè)溫?zé)犭娕贾糜诟哂趫?bào)警溫度的溫水中,手機(jī)會(huì)自動(dòng)發(fā)出報(bào)警蜂鳴音。這種體溫檢測(cè)及報(bào)警技術(shù)提供了一種便捷、低成本的溫度記錄方式,在健康管理及醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)有廣泛用途。

Conventional method for temperature measurement is becoming insufficient in daily and clinical demands. To realize a long term temperature monitoring and make alarming when abnormal temperature occurs in disease outbreak, a mobile phone enabled wireless temperature measuring and recording device with pervasive purpose adopting type-T thermocouple and bluetooth module is developed. It aims to present both an easy, quick and continuous recording of human skin temperature, and a forecast alarm for abnormal temperature. Comparative tests were performaned with Agilent data acquisition system, and the alarming function of the device was also tested. It was demonstrated that such device could measure the temperature accurately, send the data to display at the screen of the phone in a timely way, and stores a huge amount of data into the mobile phone. In addition, if setting up an alert threshold in advance and putting the thermocouple into the water bath with temperature above such value, the mobile phone will automatically alarm via bees sound. Therefore, such new device can provide a quick and low cost temperature acquisition strategy which is expected to find significant application in future health management and many medical situations.
