摘要:

預(yù)防和治療椎間盤脫出等退行性改變需要了解C2-3、T10-11、L3-4椎間盤與相鄰椎體的彎曲力學(xué)特性,本文對(duì)人體C2-3、T10-11、L3-4椎間盤與相鄰椎體進(jìn)行彎曲試驗(yàn),為臨床提供生物力學(xué)參數(shù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)標(biāo)本取自正常人新鮮尸體脊柱標(biāo)本,男性,年齡20~30歲,人死后1h內(nèi)解剖尸體取出C1-S1脊柱標(biāo)本,以線鋸切取C2-3、T10-11、L3-4椎間盤與相鄰椎體各13個(gè)標(biāo)本,在日本島津電子萬能測(cè)試機(jī)上以5 mm/min的實(shí)驗(yàn)速度進(jìn)行彎曲實(shí)驗(yàn),得出C2-3、T10-11、L3-4組標(biāo)本的最大載荷、最大彎矩、最大應(yīng)力等力學(xué)參數(shù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果得出,C2-3組標(biāo)本最大載荷、最大彎矩小于T10-11組和L3-4組,有顯著性差異(p<0.05);C2-3組標(biāo)本最大應(yīng)力小于T10-11組,有顯著性差異(p<0.05);L3-4組最大應(yīng)力大于T10-11組和C2-3組,有顯著性差異(p<0.05)。此結(jié)果說明C2-3、T10-11、L3-4椎間盤與相鄰椎體具有不同的抗彎曲力學(xué)特性,可對(duì)了解腰椎間盤的損傷機(jī)理提供生物力學(xué)參。

It is necessary to realize the mechanical properties of the C2-3、T10-11、L3-4 in order to prevent and treat the herniated disk. So we test the bent experiment of the C2-3、T10-11、L3-4 taken from the fresh dead bodies and provide biological mechanical data for clinic. The experimental specimens are taken from male fresh corpses of normal people, 20-30 years old respectively. The C1-S1 spine specimens are taken from the bodies within one hour after death, and the C2-3、T10-11、L3-4 intervertebral discs and vertebral bodies are cut by line cutting, each thirteen samples. Do the test on the Japanese shimadzu electronic universal testing aircraft, the experimental speed is 5mm/min, obtain the bending mechanics performance index of maximum load、 maximum bending moment、maximum stress of the C2-3、T10-11、L3-4 groups. The maximum load and maximum bending moment of C2-3 group is less than the T10-11 group and the L3-4 group with a significant difference(p<0.05). The maximum stress of C2-3 group is less than T10-11 group, with a significant difference(p<0.05). The maximum stress of L3-4 group is greater than the T10-11 group and the C2-3 group with a significant difference(p<0.05).
