摘要：

當(dāng)前生命科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究對(duì)PhysioBank數(shù)據(jù)庫的需求日益增加，越來越多的人們開始利用這些開放的數(shù)據(jù)為科研和臨床教學(xué)服務(wù)，本文介紹了一種對(duì)PhysioBank數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行讀取的方法。首先將適用于MATLAB的WFDB軟件包下載安裝，用MATLAB編程讀取從PhysioBank中下載的數(shù)據(jù)，然后可以根據(jù)不同需求得到不同類型數(shù)據(jù)的具體數(shù)值。

The demand to the PhysioBank database is increasing in life science research field, more and more people begin to use the open data as the basis for research and clinical teaching. This paper introduces a method for reading the PhysioBank database. First we downloaded and installed the WFDB software package applicable to MATLAB, and then programmed to read the data from PhysioBank. Finally we can obtained the concrete values of various types from the PhysioBank databases.
