Application of Biodegradable Materials in Medical Specialty

摘要:

生物可降解材料包括天然可降解材料和人工合成可降解材料,由它們制成的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用于人體后可逐漸被降解吸收。本文綜述了部分已應(yīng)用于臨床的生物可降解材料的特性、種類和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,其中包括甲殼素、膠原蛋白、細(xì)菌纖維素、聚羥基丁酸酯、聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、聚對二氧環(huán)己酮和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯及磷酸鈣,并對相關(guān)的需要解決的問題進(jìn)行了討論。總之生物可降解材料所具有的理化結(jié)構(gòu)和降解特性決定其運(yùn)用于醫(yī)用產(chǎn)品將會(huì)發(fā)揮有益的治療作用,盡管目前只在有限范圍應(yīng)用,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用時(shí)也存在一些問題,但生物可降解材料將會(huì)有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。

Biodegradable materials comprises natural biodegradable materials and artificially synthesized biodegradable materials.The products made by biodegradable materials can be completely absorbed after being applied on humans.This review illustrates the character,types,application status  of the biodegradable materials that have been clinically used such as chitin,collagen,bacterial cellulose,polyhydroxybutyrate,polylactic acid,polyglycolic acid,PPDO,PBS and β-TCP.We also discussed the problems occurring when they are in use.The medical products made by biodegradable materials do have beneficial therapeutic effects on human body for its physical and chemical characteristics.Though the biodegradable materials still have some problems and is limited in use,they will have the broad application prospect in the future.
