摘要:

目的 尋求一種眼后房穿刺方法,并在體測量兔眼的前、后房壓強(qiáng)差。方法 利用高精度壓力傳感器與空氣差壓傳感器,采用“從角鞏膜緣外周1~1.5mm處進(jìn)針穿透鞏膜,使針?biāo)交杏诤缒は露M(jìn)入后房”的扎針方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)在體連續(xù)監(jiān)測正常兔眼麻醉狀態(tài)下的后房壓強(qiáng)與前后房壓強(qiáng)差值。結(jié)果 麻醉狀態(tài)下兔眼后房壓強(qiáng)的范圍在839.93~2662.48Pa;前、后房壓強(qiáng)差范圍是46.15~85.52Pa,均值為59.73Pa,變化周期為11.17min。結(jié)論 扎針方法測量兔眼后房壓強(qiáng)及前后房壓強(qiáng)差值對眼球損傷較小,監(jiān)測到的正常兔眼后房壓強(qiáng)及前后房壓強(qiáng)差值均在合理可信的范圍內(nèi)。監(jiān)測方法的可行性為青光眼前后房壓強(qiáng)差值的在體監(jiān)測提供了新的思路。

Objective To find a proper method of puncturing into the posterior chamber of the rabbit eye and to measure the pressure in posterior chamber and the pressure difference between anterior and posterior chambers in vivo. Methods With the help of the high-accuracy pressure and pressure difference sensors, the pressure in posterior chamber and the pressure difference between anterior and posterior chambers were measured continuously in normal rabbit eyes with anesthesia in vivo. The needle directly punctured into the posterior chamber at 1 to 1.5 millimeters away from the cornea-sclera limbus, penetrated the sclera, and then slided horizontally the needle underneath the iris. Results The pressure value in posterior chamber was from 839.93Pa to 2662.48Pa, while the pressure difference between anterior and posterior chambers was from 46.15Pa to 85.52Pa with its average value 59.73Pa and the wave period was about 11.17min. Conclusions The puncture method for surveying the pressure of rabbit’s chambers does less hurt to the eye-ball and the experimental data of the pressures in posterior chamber and pressure difference between anterior and posterior chambers, are authentic and reasonable. This paper also provides a new method of in vivo detecting the pressure difference between anterior and posterior chambers for glaucoma patients.
