生物醫(yī)學(xué)計(jì)算器軟件的研制 Development of a Biomedical Calculator Software |

目的 為簡(jiǎn)化生物醫(yī)學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)過(guò)程和輔助實(shí)驗(yàn)研究，開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)方便實(shí)用的計(jì)算機(jī)程序軟件。方法 設(shè)計(jì)并編寫(xiě)了生物醫(yī)學(xué)計(jì)算器(biomedical calculator,BioMedCalc)軟件，實(shí)現(xiàn)包括計(jì)算均數(shù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、卡方檢驗(yàn)、兩組樣本均數(shù)t檢驗(yàn)、直線(xiàn)相關(guān)與回歸、Spearman檢驗(yàn)等5個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)功能；該BioMedCalc計(jì)算軟件具有計(jì)算PCR實(shí)驗(yàn)試劑配比的PCR計(jì)算器，計(jì)算寡核苷酸序列長(zhǎng)度、各堿基數(shù)、（G+C）含量和配制常用終濃度所需蒸餾水量的寡核苷酸計(jì)算器，計(jì)算試劑量的溶液配制計(jì)算器，以及進(jìn)行離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)和相對(duì)離心力之間換算，進(jìn)行貨幣比值換算的外匯兌換計(jì)算器，用于精確計(jì)時(shí)、鬧鐘和語(yǔ)音報(bào)時(shí)的數(shù)字時(shí)鐘記時(shí)器等6個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)輔助功能。結(jié)果 經(jīng)驗(yàn)算，BioMedCalc的5個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)功能與SPSS軟件和手工方法計(jì)算的結(jié)果均完全一致，并且更為簡(jiǎn)便；6個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)輔助功能也均與手工驗(yàn)算的結(jié)果完全一致。結(jié)論 BioMedCalc是簡(jiǎn)便實(shí)用的生物醫(yī)學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)輔助軟件，尤其適用于病理研究。 |

Purpose To predigest the process of biomedical statistics and assist in experimental study, we developed a simple and convenient computer-programmed software. Methods The software for biological and medical calculator (BioMedCalc) is designed and programmed. BioMedCalc included 5 data statistic functions, which were average and standard difference calculations, Chi-square (χ2) and two-sample t tests, Linear correlation and regression and spearman’s rank correlation. The BioMedCalc also included 6 experiment-assistant functions, PCR calculator for calculating the regent scale in PCR experiments, Oligo calculator for counting the sequence length, number of base-pair, content of GC and the quantity of distilled water to make normal final concentration, the centrifugation calculator used for conversing the rotation speed to relative centrifugal force, the solution matcher of calculating the quantity of regent, the foreign exchanger for the exchange between different moneys, and even the clock and timer used for exactly timing and alarming with sound report. Results The result of checking calculation indicated that all the statistic functions were identical to SPSS software and manual calculation, and more simple and convenient. All the experiment-assistant functions were also identical to manual calculation. Conclusions Software BioMedCalc is an easy and convenient biomedical statistic and experiment-assistant software, especially suitable for pathologic studies. |
