摘要:

目的 設(shè)計(jì)眼科高頻環(huán)陣B超平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)超聲波全程數(shù)字化處理。方法 設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)陣換能器發(fā)射接收電路
,將高頻的超聲回波信號(hào)經(jīng)過前級(jí)放大后直接引出進(jìn)行高分辨率、高速的模擬數(shù)字采樣。信號(hào)數(shù)字化后
,通過高速的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)可編程門陣列(field-programmable gate array,F(xiàn)PGA)完成波束形成、動(dòng)態(tài)聚焦、
濾波、檢波及對(duì)數(shù)放大等一系列信號(hào)處理。結(jié)果 通過臨床驗(yàn)證,眼科高頻環(huán)陣B超平臺(tái)圖像橫向分辨率
0.2mm,側(cè)向分辨率0.4mm,滿足臨床要求。結(jié)論 環(huán)陣超聲波數(shù)字化成像技術(shù)可提高圖像分辨率和疾病檢
出率。

Objective  To design the ophthalmological hi-frequency annular array ultrasonic
platform,and to realize the digital signal processing of ultrasound. Methods We designed
the annular array circuit of transmission and reception. The high frequency ultrasonic echo
signals were proceeded directly to make analog digital sampling with high resolution and
speed after amplification. After the signal digitization,we could accomplish a series of
signal disposals,such as beam formation,dynamic focusing,filtration,demodulation and
logarithm amplification by field-programmable gate array (FPGA). The amplified high
frequency echo signals were proceeded to sample the signals by analog to digital change
device,and deal with the digital signals by FPGA. Results The transverse resolution of the
ophthalmological hi-frequency annular array ultrasonic platform was 0.2mm,the lateral
resolution was 0.4mm,that satisfied the clinical requirement. Conclusions Annular array
digital ultrasonic imaging improved imaging resolution and detective rate of diseases.
