摘要:

目的 探索一種能夠應(yīng)用于人工和自動(dòng)胸外按壓訓(xùn)練以及急救中實(shí)時(shí)精確測(cè)量按壓深度的技術(shù),以改
善當(dāng)前胸外按壓無(wú)效或者過(guò)深的普遍現(xiàn)象。方法 本文提出了一種基于加速度二次積分的胸外按壓深度測(cè)
量技術(shù),集成加速度測(cè)量模塊、壓力最值檢測(cè)模塊以及加速度數(shù)值積分處理算法,采用基于壓力最值檢
測(cè)的加速度二次積分算法,通過(guò)對(duì)壓力最小值與最大值之間采樣的加速度數(shù)值進(jìn)行二次積分獲取位移。
結(jié)果 通過(guò)模擬實(shí)施胸外按壓實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,并與NI公司DAQ采集數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比分析,上述方法測(cè)量誤差在5 mm內(nèi)
。結(jié)論 加速度二次積分算法能夠有效解決胸外按壓深度測(cè)量難題,在心肺復(fù)蘇訓(xùn)練和急救中具有較好的
應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To develop a real-time and accurate chest compression depth
measurement for manual and auto chest compression training or treatment,improving the
current ineffective or over-deep chest compressions.Methods This paper presents the depth
measurement of chest compression based on double integration of acceleration.The system
integrates the acceleration measurement module,the pressure peak detection module and the
algorithm of acceleration signals processing.The double integration of acceleration is
based on pressure peak detection,and the chest compression depth is obtained through the
double integration of acceleration signals between minimum point and maximum point of
compression pressure.Results After the chest compression experiments on the Laerdal
Resusci? Anne Basic and SkillGuide and comparative analysis with the data acquired by the
NI DAQ device,the proposed measurement error is less than 5mm.Conclusions Double
integration of acceleration can effectively solve the challenging problem of chest
compression depth measurement and have a good application value in chest compression
training and treatment.
