摘要：

目的隨著醫(yī)療信息化的不斷深入，醫(yī)院內(nèi)以及區(qū)域醫(yī)療信息共享已成為全球醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息化的發(fā)展
趨勢。為臨床醫(yī)學(xué)科研提供更為準(zhǔn)確和高效的信息檢索與分析功能, 是居民健康檔案未來的發(fā)展方向。
方法本文基于HL7(Health Level 7)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及可擴展標(biāo)記語言（extensible markup language，XML）技術(shù)
，在介紹居民健康檔案功能和特點基礎(chǔ)上，分析了健康檔案的數(shù)據(jù)模型設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)方案,包括數(shù)據(jù)存儲模
式、XML存儲方式選型、數(shù)據(jù)庫選型等。結(jié)果通過運用XML技術(shù)和HL7標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換，可實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院內(nèi)部
多個系統(tǒng)的無縫集成。結(jié)論在實際應(yīng)用中, 基于HL7標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的居民健康檔案可以較好地保證數(shù)字化醫(yī)療信
息的完整性、一致性，實現(xiàn)醫(yī)療信息共享。

Objective With the continuous informatization of medical information, medical
information sharing in hospitals and regions has become a global healthcare information
development trends. Providing more accurate and efficient information retrieval and
analysis functions for clinical scientific research, it is the future direction of
development of personal health record. Methods Based on the standard of health level 7(HL7)
and XML (extensible markup language) technology, the paper introduces the functions and
features of personal health record, emphatically analyzes its data model design and
implementation method，including data storage mode, storage method of MXL and database
model. Results By using of XML technology and HL7 standard, we can realize the integration
among the hospital internal systems. Conclusions In practice, the personal health record
based on standard HL7 assures integrative and accordant medical information for digital
hospital, and realizes the sharing of medical information.
