摘要:

目的 為幫助醫(yī)療儀器專(zhuān)業(yè)本科生掌握血氧飽和度(oxygen saturation,SpO2)檢測(cè)設(shè)備的工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu),熟悉醫(yī)療儀器的設(shè)計(jì)步驟,在實(shí)驗(yàn)中能夠?qū)崟r(shí)獲取血氧原始數(shù)據(jù)并且直觀顯示曲線(xiàn)和實(shí)測(cè)值,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種血氧測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。方法 該系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用VC++6.0 ActiveX,利用控件MSComm與血氧模塊進(jìn)行通信;軟件界面控件能快捷控制下層血氧模塊啟動(dòng)、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)上傳、參數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換和停機(jī)。結(jié)果 本系統(tǒng)操作方便快捷,能實(shí)時(shí)采集原始數(shù)據(jù)并以EXCEL和文本格式存儲(chǔ),顯示直觀,既可做血氧檢查,也可為研究者提供原始血氧數(shù)據(jù)。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)照,本系統(tǒng)測(cè)試結(jié)果和其他血氧檢測(cè)設(shè)備結(jié)果一致。結(jié)論 該系統(tǒng)具有可編程性、開(kāi)放性及功能擴(kuò)展性,可供醫(yī)療儀器專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)驗(yàn)和課外科研使用。

Objective This study designed one test system for blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) to help the undergraduates majoring in medical equipment to understand the operational principle and structures of SpO2 test equipment, be familiar with medical equipment design procedures, and obtain real-time data as well as visual displayed original SpO2 curve and values in experiments. Methods VC++ 6.0 ActiveX and the communication between control module MScomm and SpO2 test module were used to design the system. This software interface could control the SpO2 test module start up, data collect, data upload, parameter transform and turn off quickly. Results This convenient system could make real-time collection of original data in EXCEL and text format, visual display, which might check SpO2 and provide the raw data for researchers. The test results of this oxygen saturation system were similar to those of other test equipments. Conclusions This proposed system is open, programmable, extensional in function and can be used in curricular experiment and extra-curricular research by undergraduates of medical equipment.
