摘要:

目的 醫(yī)用頭燈具有攜帶方便、定向照明和高亮度等特點,但目前國內外產品價格昂貴且電源笨重。方法 本文結合臨床實際使用需求,以高亮度發(fā)光二極管 (high brightness light-emitting diode, HB LED)為光源,提出一種用LM3410恒流升壓器驅動的醫(yī)用頭燈照明方案,利用改變脈寬的方法調節(jié)LED亮度。結果 通過電路實驗給出了脈沖寬度調制(pulse width modulation, PWM)波形占空比和LED平均電流的關系,并討論了采用LM3410設計LED驅動電路時應注意的問題。結論 基于LM3410芯片的醫(yī)用頭燈驅動電路具有體積小、輸入電壓低、LED亮度可調等優(yōu)點,具有一定理論意義和實用價值。

Objective The medical headlights are of the features such as portability, directional lighting, and high brightness. However, the prices of the products are relatively high and the power supplies are cumbersome at present. Methods We proposed a lighting solution to the medical headlight using LM3410 constant current driver and the high brightness light-emitting diode (HB LED) to meet clinical demands. The LED brightness could be adjusted using a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal. Results The relationship between PWM duty cycle and LED average current were experimentally presented and the problems of the design for LM3410 as LED driver were discussed. Conclusions The medical headlight driving circuit based on LM3410 chip had the strongpoints as small volume, low input voltage and adjustability of light, which had certain  theoretical significance and utility value.
