摘要：

目的針對(duì)腫瘤的多中心診療、病歷數(shù)據(jù)繁雜等特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)了一種對(duì)腫瘤臨床數(shù)據(jù)可進(jìn)行有效管理、信息共享、查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)。方法通過(guò)導(dǎo)出醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)（hospital information system, HIS）中所需的信息到中間數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，運(yùn)用ASP.NET技術(shù)對(duì)中間庫(kù)進(jìn)一步過(guò)濾，將數(shù)據(jù)整理為具有結(jié)構(gòu)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化字段的腫瘤數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。結(jié)果本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了病歷分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)，并采用基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)了臨床輔助決策。結(jié)論該系統(tǒng)可規(guī)范醫(yī)生診治流程，有利于多科室共同治療，體現(xiàn)了多學(xué)科一體化模式在診治腫瘤中的醫(yī)療價(jià)值和社會(huì)價(jià)值。

Objective In accordance with the characteristics of tumor as multicenter study and multifarious medical data, we designed a system with an effective management and functions of information sharing, statistics inquiring and data mining for the clinical tumor data. Methods The system exported some information from hospital information system (HIS) to the mid-database which was filtered by ASP.NET technology, and then organized the structured and standardized tumor database. Results The system realized case history analysis, statistics, and the clinical auxiliary decision-making based on the fuzzy mathematics through the tumor database records. Conclusions The system standardized the diagnosis and treatment procedure, which was propitious to the treatment of several departments, and reflected the medical and social values of the multidisciplinary mode in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
