幾種體溫計(jì)測(cè)量體溫和測(cè)溫速度的比較

摘要:

目的 目前市場(chǎng)上體溫計(jì)的種類很多,但各類體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的體溫和測(cè)溫速度不盡相同。本文通過溫度試驗(yàn)對(duì)五種不同原理和不同品牌的體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的體溫和測(cè)量速度進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。方法 以水銀體溫計(jì)為溫度測(cè)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使用額溫體溫計(jì)、耳溫體溫計(jì)、電子體溫計(jì)和偉倫體溫計(jì)分別測(cè)量受試者體溫,對(duì)四種體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的體溫和測(cè)溫速度進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果 偉倫體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的腋溫與水銀體溫計(jì)測(cè)量腋溫沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;電子體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的腋溫、額溫測(cè)溫計(jì)測(cè)量的額溫和耳溫測(cè)溫計(jì)測(cè)量的耳溫與水銀體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的腋溫相比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。耳溫體溫計(jì)測(cè)量耳溫的時(shí)間最短,但有4s的復(fù)位時(shí)間,且易因操作不當(dāng)產(chǎn)生誤差;額溫體溫計(jì)在4s左右溫度會(huì)達(dá)到穩(wěn)定;電子體溫計(jì)測(cè)溫時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),連續(xù)使用時(shí)需要3s復(fù)位;偉倫體溫計(jì)測(cè)量口腔溫度較快,但連續(xù)測(cè)量時(shí)脫去和再次取用口套約需3s,偉倫體溫計(jì)測(cè)量腋溫時(shí)間相對(duì)其它腋溫測(cè)量方式最短。結(jié)論 耳溫體溫計(jì)與額溫體溫計(jì)測(cè)量溫度方便、快速,能夠滿足快速體溫測(cè)量場(chǎng)合的需要,但其測(cè)量的額溫或耳溫與水銀體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的腋溫有一定差異;偉倫體溫計(jì)和電子體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的腋溫與水銀體溫計(jì)測(cè)量的腋溫相比,偉倫體溫計(jì)更為快速、準(zhǔn)確。

Objective There are many types of thermometers on the market, however the body temperature and measuring speed of thermometer are different. In this paper, a comparative study of body temperature and measuring speed among five thermometers, which work in different principles and are with different brands, was performed. Methods With the mercury thermometer as standard, forehead thermometer, ear thermometer, electronic thermometer and Welch Allyn thermometer were enclosed to measure subjects’ body temperature. And the body temperature and measuring speed of four  thermometers were investigated. Results Difference of axillary temperatures measured by Welch Allyn thermometer and mercury thermometer were not statistically significant. Compared with axillary temperature measured by mercury thermometer, the differences of axillary temperature measured by electronic thermometer, forehead temperature by forehead temperature thermometer, ear temperature by ear temperature thermometer were significant. Measuring time of ear temperature by ear thermometer was the shortest, however it needed the reset time of 4s and led measure errors easily due to improper operation. Forehead thermometer was usually in 4s to reach stable. Measuring time of electronic thermometer was the longest, and it needed the reset time of 3s for continuous use. Measuring speed of oral temperature by Welch Allyn thermometer was faster, but it needed 3s to take off and re-fix the muzzle for continuous measurement. Measuring speed of axillary temperature by Welch Allyn thermometer was faster than by other axillary temperature thermometers. Conclusions Measurements of ear thermometer and forehead thermometer were convenient, fast and able to meet some needs for rapid temperature measurements. However, forehead temperatures and ear temperatures measured by them compared with axillary temperatures measured by mercury thermometer had a certain differences. Axillary temperature measured by Welch Allyn thermometer is quicker and more accurate than electronic thermometer.
