摘要:

目的 生物組織熱物性參數(shù)是揭示其熱傳輸能力和載熱能力及進(jìn)一步研究生物傳熱機(jī)制的重要指標(biāo),導(dǎo)熱率是生物組織熱物性基本參數(shù)之一。方法 本文基于等溫加熱法進(jìn)行了豬瘦肉、豬脂肪、豬肝等離體組織導(dǎo)熱率的實(shí)時在位測量和分析:首先選取三種生物組織樣本各一塊,在其中心位置放置熱源,然后離中心不同距離設(shè)置五個溫度觀測點(diǎn),并測量系統(tǒng)的功率時間變化曲線及各測量點(diǎn)的溫度,最后經(jīng)MATLAB處理獲得各點(diǎn)的導(dǎo)熱率數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,上述三種組織具有不同的導(dǎo)熱率,其中,豬瘦肉的導(dǎo)熱率最大,豬肝的導(dǎo)熱率次之,脂肪的導(dǎo)熱率最小;同一組織內(nèi)部的不同位置導(dǎo)熱率相近。結(jié)論 本文測量方法和結(jié)果對深入開展生物組織傳熱機(jī)制、組織無損溫度重構(gòu)和腫瘤熱療等研究具有重要意義。

Objective Thermal parameters of biological tissue are the important indicators for revealing the capacity of thermal heat transport, the capacity of heat-carrying,and bio-heat transfer mechanisms. Thermal conductivity is one of the basic thermal parameters of biological tissue. Methods We completed a real-time reigning measurement and analysis of thermal conductivity of pork lean, fat, and liver by isothermal heating method. First, we selected three kinds of biological tissue and put the heat source in the central position of the selected piece. Then, we defined five temperature observation points far away from the central point differently, and measured the systemic power-time curve and the temperature of each point. Finally, thermal conductivity data of each point were obtained by the MATLAB processing. Results The thermal conductivities of the three tissues were different, and the thermal conductivity of lean pork was the largest, followed by liver and fat. And the thermal conductivities of different positions within the same tissue were similar. Conclusions This study was of great significance for the bio-heat transfer mechanism, the non-destructive temperature reconstruction on tissue, tumor hyperthermia and so on.
